  They don't send enough resources to get job done on time & miss deadline by months. They substitute lower priced materials after quoting name brand, do not follow 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 payment schedule. They tell you they have 25+ employees but they only have a few, which are slow and lazy. The rest are subs and they even hire strangers from Craig's List without performing background checks then send these people they never met to your home. They demand more money than work that has been completed and if you try to withhold payment until they catch up Steve, the owner threatens to stop working if you don't pay. In fact, the owner Steve was so hostile about money that he was confrontational & actually threatened to “meet anywhere, any day” like a childhood bully calling someone out. However, this someone was a paying customer. Perhaps because they saw a single female they believed they could get away with such repugnant behavior and found their conduct acceptable. These characters are nothing but bullies, thugs and liars that hold you hostage. The only time you see Scott is when he wants more money. Steve does NOT put the customer first. Instead Steve believes and listens to his pathological lying Project Manager Scott, not the paying customer. To get them to meet their contractual obligation you will have to file a suit in small claims court. Good luck if you hire them, they should be out of business.
